The Association formed in 2008 as a result of the successful lobbying efforts in Washington D.C. on behalf of Land & Mineral Owners on the Reservation.
On October 6, 2008 the Fort Berthold Allottee Land and Mineral Owners Association became incorporated under the laws in the State of North Dakota.
The principle office of the FBALMOA Corporation is located on the Reservation at 2202 Highway 22, Mandaree, North Dakota, USA, 58757.

The Corporation is a legally incorporated entity.
The Corporation has an elected Board of Directors and Executive Commitee.
The Corporation has Bylaws that have been approved by the Board. The Corporation has two membership classes that pay annual membership fees.
The Corporation holds annual meetings in December of each year.
The Principle Agent of the Corporation is the President: Mr. Tex G. Hall.
This is a mineral owners chance of a lifetime and we must be involved as the Owners, in creating our own future. We are participating in the production of our mineral resources based on the Rights in which we inherited them.
